At the National Mental Health Festival – Manotsava 2025,
Longevity India and 52 Hertz Human Project came together for
“Echoes Over Time” — an interactive experience exploring how our mental health and sense of self evolve as we age.
Through art, letters, and shared reflections, we invited people to pause and think about what it means to grow older — and grow whole.

What does it mean for the mind to age well?

mind to age well?
Aging isn’t just about time passing — it’s about the stories, emotions, and connections we carry forward. As we grow older, our minds don’t just change biologically; they evolve through experiences of love, loss, purpose, and a sense of belonging. Yet, these conversations are rarely brought together.
Echoes Over Time aims to change that — creating a reflective space where people of all ages can engage with questions of mental health, loneliness, and meaning across the lifespan.

About Sibling
About Sibling
Sibling is a student-first mental wellness platform designed to make access to care simpler, private, and stigma-free. Built with a deep understanding of the barriers students face in seeking help, uncertainty, lack of access, confidentiality concerns, and fear of judgment, Sibling reimagines how mental health support is discovered, accessed, and sustained within schools.
Sibling isn’t just changing how students reach out, it’s transforming how schools respond. By streamlining workflows for counsellors and school leaders, reducing administrative friction, and generating anonymised well-being insights, Sibling helps institutions build cultures of care that are proactive, data-informed, and sustainable.

About 52 Hertz Human
About 52 Hertz Human
The 52 Hertz Human project was born from one simple idea — that loneliness is a language we all share.
Inspired by the “52 Hertz Whale,” known as the loneliest whale in the world because its voice could not be heard by others, this initiative explores how people express, connect, and heal in a world that often feels disconnected.
Through art installations, storytelling, and reflective activities, 52 Hertz Human invites people to slow down, listen, and express what often goes unheard. It’s an emotional, tech-free space that reminds us that reaching out in any form is a deeply human act.
At Sibling, 52 Hertz Human is our way of translating mental health into experience, turning conversations into connection, and silence into understanding.
